Evening and overnight bookings, as well as very early morning care (for families with early flights), are priced differently to daytime bookings.
We can often accommodate last-minute requests, but advance bookings allow us more time to match you with the ideal sitter and may be priced accordingly.
A standard babysitting booking differs from a specialist request — such as a nanny for a full day, a bilingual sitter, care for a child with additional needs, or a travel nanny accompanying your family.

No. There are no registration fees or monthly subscription charges. You pay only for the care you book.
Yes. Minimum booking durations apply and vary depending on the type of care. For childcare and pet sitting, it is 4 hours. For tutoring and dog walking, it is less. We'll confirm the minimum when we send your quote.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as bank transfer. Payment is made securely online to confirm your booking.
Yes, we frequently accommodate same-day and next-day requests. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to find the right sitter for you.
Overnight and very early morning bookings (for example, before a 6am flight) are priced to reflect the hours involved. We'll include full details in your quote.
