Trusted by families who value peace of mind, discretion, and high-quality care. We are the preferred childcare partner for over 100 of London's best hotels and luxury holiday rentals.
Available for weddings and private events across London too.
There is no app to download, no account to create, no UK mobile number needed and no membership fee — and we vet every sitter so you never have to. See why Stays is built for visiting families.
Stays has been London's leading hotel childcare service since 2018, trusted by over 100 luxury hotels including The Savoy, The Dorchester, Shangri-La at The Shard, The Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood London, Four Seasons Park Lane, and Brown's Hotel. With a 4.9-star rating from over 3,500 families, we are the preferred care partner for some of the most prestigious addresses in the world.
Every sitter we place is a childcare professional, that is, a nanny, school teacher, nursery nurse or play worker, who has passed our 6-step vetting process: enhanced DBS criminal background check, identity and address verification, two professional references, a face-to-face interview, and on going performance monitoring. We carry full professional insurance on every childcare booking.
We serve families staying at hotels, Airbnbs, serviced apartments and private residences across all London postcodes. Whether you need a babysitter for an evening out, a full-day nanny while you attend a conference, an Arabic-speaking sitter for your children, a dog sitter, or an elderly carer to accompany a family member on a tour of the city, Stays has the right professional for your stay.
Trusted babysitters, dog sitters and elderly carers across London's most prestigious neighbourhoods and travel hubs.
We provide trusted, professional, babysitters, dog sitters, elderly carers and tutors at all major hotel groups across London. Find your hotel and book in minutes.
