I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I spent years asking my parents for a dog before finally getting one when I was nine years old, and I honestly can’t imagine life without, my springer spaniel, Archie. Having my own dog has taught me so much about the time, patience, and care that goes into looking after a pet, and it’s made me appreciate how every animal has their own unique personality.
Over the years I’ve looked after people’s dogs while they’ve been away on holiday and regularly done dog walking, so I’m comfortable caring for all dogs. I have experience walking cocker and springer Spaniels, a Labrador-Beagle mix, and a Cockapoo. I’ve also met dogs with different temperaments, including those who are anxious around certain breeds of dogs or are nervous.
I’m patient and happy to let dogs build trust at their own pace, always making sure they feel safe and comfortable.
I absolutely adore cats too. Whether it’s going for walks, playing, keeping pets company, or simply making sure they feel relaxed while their owners are away, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I know how important pets are as part of the family. I would always care for them with the same kindness and attention that I’d want for my own.
