Zaynab looked after my three children from August 2023 until the beginning of January 2026. She worked full-time caring for our youngest child, who was 10 months old when she started, and also provided after-school care for our two older children, who were aged 4 and 8. Her responsibilities included caring for the baby throughout the day, preparing meals and snacks, changing and dressing, following the child’s daily routine, organising age-appropriate activities and making sure the children were always safe and well cared for. She also looked after the older children after school, helping with their meals, activities, routines and general supervision. Zaynab was extremely reliable, punctual and organised. She was always on time, took her responsibilities seriously and could be trusted to manage the children and their routines independently. She was very responsible, patient, attentive and caring. Most importantly, all three of our children absolutely loved Zaynab and formed a very close bond with her. She was warm and affectionate with them while still being responsible and maintaining their routines. We always felt comfortable and confident leaving our children in her care. Zaynab performed her duties very well throughout the time she worked with our family, and I would happily recommend her to any family looking for a reliable, trustworthy and caring childcare provider.

Zaynab helped me with my two children between 2021 and 2024. They were 5 and 11 years old at the time. She regularly looked after them every weekend, as well as during the school holidays, and would also sometimes help me with childcare after school. Having Zaynab around was a huge help to me. She would spend time with the children, keep them occupied, prepare food for them when needed and generally take care of everything while I was away. She was very good at adapting to both children despite their age difference and always made sure they were comfortable and happy. I found Zaynab to be a very kind, mature and dependable person. I never had to worry when the children were with her because I knew they were in safe hands. She was consistent, always took good care of them and was someone I could rely on. My children also really enjoyed being with her and had a great relationship with her. She was naturally caring and patient with them, and I could see that they felt very comfortable around her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zaynab to other parents and families looking for someone caring and trustworthy to look after their children.
